What is the most famous animal found in Mount Everest?

Yak is the most famous animal that is found on Everest region. Yak is also a species of cow that is not found just about anywhere in the world. Plus, even in Nepal, the animal is only found in the most rural and mountainous places. Hence, as Mount Everest falls in the most rural and mountainous segment of the country, it has plenty of yaks. Yaks in the Mount Everest area have been a common way of making money for the locals. Locals tend to use yaks not just as transportation but also to sell their meat, flesh, tail, fur, etc., to earn money. Many tourists are interested in buying these things from a trustworthy local or Sherpa from the mountain area itself. Similarly, yak milk has also been used to make edibles like yak cheese, churpi, etc

Drinking yak blood as a ritual is just as common. Though you will not see yaks in other parts of Nepal, you are more than likely to find a number of people raising yaks for different purposes when you go to Mount Everest. 

What are the species of Flora in the Mount Everest Region?

Mount Everest is quite famous for flowers and plants that grow only in mountainous regions of the world. Though not only found in Nepal, you are not likely to find these species of plants in every part of Nepal or anywhere, either. Some of the most common species of flora in the Everest region are found in the lower forested zone, like birch, juniper, blue pines, firs, bamboo, and rhododendrons. What are the species of fauna in the Everest region?

Mount Everest is one of those places in the world that has been home to many animals  and fauna in the world. The animals that you are not likely to find in most other parts of the world can be found here. Yak is one of them. Besides yak, there are animals that have almost gone extinct in the world found in the Mount Everest region, like musk deer, wild yak, red panda, snow leopard, and Himalayan black bear. Additionally, there are other beautiful creatures found here, like Himalayan thars, deer, langur monkeys, hares, mountain foxes, martens, and Himalayan wolves. Bears in the Himalayas very often go to hibernation and have the same routine as most grizzly bears do in the Everest region as well.
